Are you asking how they cut? Better than I can get them on my grinder but I still can get a better chain with a file.

As Philbert has said before, you can put a new chain, or one you have hand filed on the grinder, then match the wheel to the cutter...

POther brands sell that chain by the roll too, we sold bulk Stihl chain where I worked. 3/8lp can be finicky to break and get back...

I had a "friend" who kept asking me to cut up a big log he dragged out of his woods through enough mud to almost get his tractor stuck...

Yep I wouldn’t try it on the green wheels. Easy enough to re profile the edge to expose new grit
