Looks like the blades were hitting here at times. Dirt build up under the flap. I cleaned it out and will see if that was the issue.

Nope, removed them and even replaced them and still no help. I did mess around with the belt, moved it by hand and that seem to help some.

Correct, pulls hard with plug in. Can’t even pull it correctly to try and start it. Doesn’t appear that it’s the wrong plug but will double check.
