So far my guess is: 62.6 cc new saws 363.0 and 400.1 would be "the same" except of the carb adjustment (perhaps also coil, piston, ...?). Cc-wise it will fit just between 261 and 462. So basically one model will replace 59.0 cc 362 and 66.8 cc 400. And last but not least, both well established...

From the video MS363 looks like manual carb version of MS400v2.

Check your carb initial settings - not all have 1-1/4 turns on L and H.

In the CS-4310SX accessories list I see just Y mount type bars, where Y bars can be used on mount type V (K216) and B (K095) chainsaws. So my conclusion is that for CS-4310SX both K216 and K095 bars should fit.
