346NE is king. 261 is a very nice reliable saw. 4910 is great bang for the buck. Some people like 550 but I dislike their auto-tune... -
4910 is probably what I'd get if I wanted a later model saw. 346XP if time and money wasn't an issue.

I was surprised how well this one did with a 50” cannon, 52AJ. It pulled strong and oiled just fine in near 60” dead, almost dry Maple... -

It is ridiculous they killed the model and even worse they killed the heated version years ago

They will sit in the boxes unopened until needed to replace saws that get retired from falling. Who knows when that will be as some get...

Which ever is cheaper! The fact that the MS250 is still available definitely tells me there is still a strong market for it.
