Ms 881 stihl got a problem spark

Whenever I read one of these It boggles my mind. Why do you think you have a spark problem in the first place. I would assume everything from the plug, the coil, the wires, and switches first assuming I verified the problem isn't fuel related before I would suspect the flywheel magnets. That...

    Random Thought Of The Day

It went down weeks ago, came back up again, and is back down again. My browser history says I used it last 9 days ago.

    Trees you've cut

This is my wedge banger, vintage 5lb head on a 28" home made black locust handle. I fell the tree it came from.

    Trees you've cut

Ignoring the little metal plate. Is there any functional difference from a fiskars except costing $30 more? Is this foam hack just spraying the insulation foam into the handle?

394 or 395 which do you prefer?

Thank you for contributing to our states fentanyl super fund. Without your generous donations thousands of Oregonians would have to face reality on a daily basis. A fate worse than death....

    First chainsaw!

When you rotate the screw driver 180 degrees the bottom of the handle is now the top or 1/2 turn. Doing this twice is 1 turn out but can seem like "2" turns. It is trick of the mind. Your more likely at 1 on the high and 7/8ths on the low. Is this what you mean? Factory spec says without...

Absolutely not Bill. I paid $350 for the last minty 044 I got and turned it around for $600 less than a month later. I buy low and sell high, you know, like a communist. Some people pay premiums to have it new. I prefer rock bottom for near new. Those 7310's interest me. I just haven't...

The Official Craigslist & eBay Thread

We all have different standards I guess. I paid $260 shipped on ebay for my 353 with a 20" bar and chain about 5 years ago. It was minty and I felt it was a bit more than I wanted to pay because I'm cheap, but I wouldn't trade it for $35 and a untested 455. I paid $140 for this and two other...

Gross. Somebody payed $225 for a husqvarna 455, untested and without a bar and chain. Sad and gross.

So what did you do today?

This is what I have. It was the cheapest thing I could find that had both hz and a dc current clamp for hunting around for automotive shorts without back probing and some quality of construction. I think I paid around $40 for it a couple of years ago and the price seems to be about the same...

So what did you do today?

You are correct. RPM is how you set the frequency. Last time I got a new meter I picked it out specifically so I could set the rpm on generators.

    Husqvarna 564xp (g) fuel inject

Bah, I had convinced myself that I could not care. The only reason I would consider another 60cc is vibration..... I wish there was a 554xp. The smaller the saw the more I run them. I realize husqy sells 60cc the most for people packing 1 saw, but I always bring 3 or more so I wish they had...
