The tsumara bar tips have standard model number guage and pitch numbers. But beside the tsumara logo on the tip there is another 2 digit number, amd then a letter. I believe it is year made but what's the letter? I have a replacement tip with 22. E amd the par came with one 23. C

Was looking at my saw and under the starting cover it looks like there is a plastic shroud in the pull cord housing. Anybody know what it's for? Looks like it's designed to be take off easily.
