Holding out for a 268 closed port top end.

Another one followed me home. Has some good parts but a aftermarket top end so that stinks. Looking for a oem top end now!

Do meteor cylinders fall into this category too. I have only used one on a 575 it only has 5-6 tanks through it but hasn’t let go yet. Is failure likely on it then?

Are the Nwp coils better then the cheap after market carbs. I have been looking for a black unlimited coil and haven’t found one. Are they worth the 50 bucks or keep looking?

Well thanks for the help guys would have never thought it was that coil. It had perfect nice bright spark. Switched a coil off a good 359 and it runs like a top. Now does anyone have an extra black coil laying around they want to sell or know where to find one. Any luck with aftermarket ones. I...

All the lines and filter are new. I am hoping to switch the coil today and see what happens.

Tried new plug muffler has screen out and extra 3/8 hole. It almost seems like it’s spitting back in the carb when the filter is off watching.

Started at one turn out on both and tried different spots on all three carbs. Changed the fuel filter too. The fuel line isn’t plugged blew threw it into the tank. I have not checked the impulse spout on the cylinder it’s self. I’ll pull the top end tomorrow and check that. Having the tank cap...

The L side makes changes but it never pulls out of it. What’s a good way to check the tank vent?

I picked up a 365 that wasn’t running right cheap. Thought it was carb problems I have tried one Chinese carb one zama and one walbro. That’s not it. I vacuum and pressure tested it good. Put new impulse and fuel lines. Pulled off the fly wheel and made sure it didn’t slip or something crazy...

I leave all my wood in rounds for the first year just stacked up off the ground. Then split it and move it into the wood shed for the next year in the spring. My wood even all the white red and burr oak are less then 20% doing that. I do split or noodle the chunks that I don’t want to pick up...
