I feel your pain man. Why did you replace so many things? What does it do that is so out of tune? You seem to have a low speed but high speed is lacking. Is the fuel filter clean? How about the pulse hose? Is it kinked, split or loose on the barb? Does it have the old mix? Clean out the original...

Richen up the high speed a little and increase the oil in the mix.

It has been awhile but I remember taking down the deck height on the case and some more on the cylinder. You're a machinist, make it work. Mike

Try switching the lines where they attach to the primer bulb and richen up the low speed screw

Adjust the low speed adjustment out 1/2 turn.
