I am under the assumption that any Genuine Stihl air filter for the 028 chainsaw will have Stihl part numbers and/or Logo embossed on most, if not all plastic parts, correct? All of the original used ones I have seen did anyway. The reason I am asking is I just bought a "Genuine OEM" filter...

The throttle cable on my Husqvarna 39R finally let go for good. It was broken when I got it. I used a wire crimp to "fix" it. That lasted a few years, but now there is nothing left to crimp to. The cable is NLA. From scouring the internet, it seems the 240r and 245r used the same cable. Anyone...

A friend brought me his MS661 C that lost a small fight with a tree. The wrap handle and clutch cover are toast. Of course he had already removed the handle and has lost all of the mounting hardware. If you have one or both parts, please reply here or PM me. Thanks!
