I am loving the ground down Dawgs, Someone must have impaled themselves prior to you getting it. Solid Saw yes they can be hard to Crank.

Side Ports are Loud, but not as Bad as direct inline with exhaust port...

I always used ripping chain from madsens and had good luck with it. Then wi bought a band mill.

Lucas Red & Tacky on everything except boat trailer wheel bearings has been a winner for me.

I fixed my Mantis Tiller by buying a new Honda 4 stroke tiller. Problem solved, no more rebuilding the poor excuse for a carb every year. Yes I use the best of fuels and mix oil. Always stored with a full tank and bit of Stabill, gonna be my kids problem from here out. ;)

Probably a Chinese knock off if you bought it on line.
