You sound like me. I'd take Sugar Maple over anything. I have more of it available than everything else combined, I know how long it takes to season and I know how much I need to put up every year.

I don't think either of my local businesses wants to do anything above and beyond selling you a new saw, a six pack of mix and a jug of bar oil. All at msrp, of course.

My last 2 new saws were both online purchases, one Stihl, one Husqvarna. I wouldn't expect any dealership in my area to give me the time of day if I need dealer support, I'm 100% gambling on never needing their assistance.

After 2 years of looking at used stuff and offerings from Kubota, Kioti, LS, Mahindra and TYM, I ended up buying a TYM 474. The only drawback I could see is the lack of dealer network. I'm gambling that dealer support will grow over time just like LS and Kioti have.

I thought it was just me. I do most of the purchasing around our shop, and I won't do business if the only option is USPS. Also, I would do business with Matt again anytime, great seller.
