    I have one rental for past 10 years. I have had good success and not problems to speak of. But there’s always upkeep to do. The positive is that rent is very high and I wish I had 5 more.

    What’s your squish with the base gasket delete? It’s usually pretty tight for my liking without a spacer of some sort.
