As far as I know, this style is the "straight across" handle, requiring the 9105 brake handle. I don't recall there being a USA Wrap...

Yeah, looks like 661. They'll fit the 064/066/660 cases fine but sometimes there's a small gap just under the PTO side top cover screw.
