I have a 592 and 395 also.
I haven’t been super impressed with the 592 running characteristics. Thought maybe I would prefer this one.
This one runs fine but does give up some power to the other two.
Also I find the 585 is hard for me to tune well.

Yes, I have checked the tank vent various ways with no change.
This saw has the transfers cast into the cylinder so leaking shouldn’t be an issue there.

I pulled the carb and opened it up. I couldn’t find any dirt or any issues.
Couldn’t find any wiring issues.
If left set overnight, saw will start fine and make 4 or 5 cuts then it starts cutting out and will not make enough power to cut wood. Idles fine.
If left set for half an hr it still...
I did a quick inspection of the wiring.
Will have to do a more thorough inspection of wiring and attempted to clean the carb.
These air boxes are really crowded.
