    What's on your bench?

TS350 Super. I acquired this probably 12-13 years ago, I forget how. Ended up selling it to my dad who barely or never used it. Brought it home today expecting a battle, but I blew some fuel in it's face and it lit right up, inside the fuel tank was even still wet. Stop switch wasn't working...

    What's on your bench?

On the tailgate since the shop is full. Wheels on this MTD junker were locked up, one bushing seized on the hub. Pretty sure those two pairs of pliers are worth more than the mower.

    What's on your bench?

Absolute chaos. Switching jobs in the middle of completely rewiring my Jeep. Bench, welding table and home tool boxes are covered in electrical stuff. Got the Jeep mobile then I wedged the trailer in for the weekend. Still need to buy new 120v outlets for that EB5000 on the right side of the...

    Vevor chain grinder

I have one. For a guy cutting firewood it works just fine. Plastic guard went in the trash with the box. The joints are a little loose but as long as I do my part it makes a consistent chain.

    What's on your bench?

Too big for a bench, drug this junk out and started cleaning it up for summer.

    Gentlemen, start your mowers!

I got my second cut of the year in on Friday, pretty trouble free. The Craftsman is now a head gasket, front end bushings and a couple Amazon carbs deep into life with me. I found a Walbro clone instead of the Nikki, it's a little lean sometimes but it runs good under load. Also put some rear...

    What's on your bench?

At long last, a fully assembled, running Sears lightweight. Need to grab a couple bar nuts the next time I'm out and about but other than that she's ready to hit the woods. Wasn't without a little drama though. I knew better than to stray from rope to tighten that clutch but I did it anyway...

    Craftsman/Sears saws

I don't know what it's worth but that's pretty dang cool! I took this ol gal out to make some chips today.

    Carb adjusting screwdrivers

I like the ones West Coast Saw throws in my orders. Also old Craftsman 41589 flat heads

    What's on your bench?

The 647G got OFF the bench, because it's too dang loud to run inside the shop. Was having trouble starting, thought the little check valve in the fuel inlet was bad since it was pushing pressure out the fuel cap... Turns out you just gotta put the carb together right the first time so that it...

Bunch of random pics of cutters

Filing some oldies today David Bradley stamped 1/2" chipper Absolutely beat .404 chain on my Zip, this bar and chain both are pretty haggard. Guessing it's seen lots of use under tired thumbs and not enough oil.

    What's on your bench?

What are you doing the cutting with? I've been fooling around with Fusion the last couple months, reproducing some of the gaskets for these old saws would be a great use for it.

    What's on your bench?

Picking at the 647G some more. Drained the molasses out of the oil tank and got the pump freed up. Couldn't roll the chain by hand either way. This is just some of the trash out of the bar groove. Flushed some clean oil through and it's happy now, should be ready to cut once my carb parts show up.

    What's on your bench?

It's definitely just the 30wt now, the gas evaporated a long time ago. That carb is like new under the schmoo though.
