Did you notice how literally every cut had a little piss rev before doing the cut. Perhaps on this model you just pull the trigger and it automatically does a pass rev without having to blip the throttle LOL.

One thing I learnt is the current version uses some special tool to adjust the oil flow rate. Sounds like a dumb idea. What's wrong with a screw driver.

Also noticed the new version also has a plastic front handle.

Interesting, I had seen the new version supposedly had more torque than the current version and he confirmed that. I'm going to wait and see how the new one performs in reviews before I decide which one to buy.

Thanks guys, I switched from filing to grinding probably 10 years ago. I've always dressed the wheel to the supplied radius gauge (assume its file size) which has worked for me. Needed this bit of education now the I'll have a fixed size radius. Nice and clear explanations guys! Thanks again.

Thanks @Squish9 much appreciated 👍 To the eye the .325 looks about right, the 3/8 LP looks like wheel radius it too big. I think I'll order the 3mm wheel.
