Only run metabo in my fab shop. Makita is not the same as they once were neither is dewalt or the red brand.

I run 3Ms 2297 filter, which they call an "Advanced Particulate Filter", still a P100 though, I do feel the 2297 offer the better blocking when compared to the standard P100 pink unless you go full face or run a PAPR like cease232 suggested...which I am contemplating as I have my miller HEPA...

Luckydad reneged on deal we made. Search is back on for a clean 088 and or early production 880 with the cast aluminum muffler.

I had to give that one a thought. I have to hold out for an 88, only reason being it's guna be a mill hog and I would like to be able to source parts relitivly painless when times comes. Thank you for the offer.

I know I'm new here and all...someone has an 088...or early 880. I have perfect fleebay feedback, furthermore Mr. Mastermind him self gave me the recommendation to try my 088 search here.

I would prefer a clean - runner. So long it has the alluminum casted muffler. I can not say that I wouldn't turn down the right looking builder though, so long it has the casted alluminum muffler as well . What do you have in question?

First post on here, but looking forward to learning (?) a few things on the sight. Would also be happy with an early 880 with the cast aluminum muffler if that'll make this search end sooner then later. Stock internals are a must for me
