I have a very nice low use 041 that will lock up due to bar oil leaking into to crank, then into piston area after sitting for a few weeks. Are there any seals in the oil pump that can cause this? Or am I looking at splitting the saw to replace the case gasket ?

All 50cc saws. 510 farm saw , 5100s early pro saw very fast and 5105 late model Pro saw detuned a little and EPA stuff. That's the simple explanation.
