Yea, im not impressed with the new stihls, especially the 462 and 500. The cases are so thin that they bust out easily

Im currently in the process of rebuilding 17 ms500i's, Many of them with broken cases, if i come up with an extra crank i will let you know

The seals have to seat too. If you ever put in new seals, you can feel the extra drag, and after some running that drag is almost non existent.

Definitely twisted crank. It can be trued but only with the proper tooling, i used to take my hot rodded 2100 husky cranks into the local dirt bike shop and they would true and weld the crank pin. Super solid then
