I'd be happy to take some of your weight 😆. Been trying to gain and it's a struggle. Eating 250g of protein, 500 carbs and 6000 calories a day and I can't gain a pound. The struggle is real for all of us trying to improve. The most important part is stay positive and goal focused 🙏
