That is a fair discount, and that would work if I was in a hurry. I bought the saw with the bad crank, so I can sit on it awhile. I'm going to sit and wait over the summer and see if I can get lucky and find a smashed saw, or a used crank on ebay. I appreciate you getting me a discount...

I have a nice ms661 here with a bad con rod bearing. I'd like to find a good used crank for one since new oem is pricey

Okay I forgot to say, that I have a Carl Miller (Miller Modded Saws) dolmar 421 and psh it's the only saw I run now, a new dolmar/Makita ported from Carl Miller is cheaper than a stock ms241, I'm a Stihl guy but ps421 vs ms241 I'm dolmar Makita all the way Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

what is the actual difference between the new version 3 ms261 and the ms241? With out a doubt have a ms261 ported and sent your way, keep both ms241's

I had a 026 with an aftermarket jug on it loose a wrist pin retainer and the wrist pin finally snagged a transfer port and things grenaded.

I have a ms361 that the rod pulled out of the piston, but it looks like the piston was just starting to get hot.
