Very interesting and informative. Thanks for sharing. It's getting harder to find people who repair boots these days. It sucks having to get rid of a comfortable pair of boots because they are falling apart.

I know a Wera 4mm slotted screwdriver fits just snug in the rubber on a Dolmar PS-9000. It's a straight cabinet tip, so the shaft is 4mm also.

Look at the left side of the transom mount (the part that mounts to the boat) it should have a black tag with the model and serial numbers.

Marine engine and Crowley have new parts if available. Twin City Outboard is like a salvage yard for boat motors.
