Hit them with a round grinder that is set up at 90°,then file them. Be sure to leave the shelf in the side plate/ gullet junction to help hold your file.
They aren't perfect off a grinder, but closer than most will ever make them. Make sure you set your depth gauges with a progressive style guide.
I've received saws I bought from out west that needed to be recalibrated, they were dogs beforehand, then ran great afterwards and I never did anything to them again.
I'm currently in the market for another new style 261cm, I smashed mine last month 😢.
Don't think it's gonna be a legitimate saw, sorry 😆.
As was said, the 576 was a crazy smooth saw. I remember the first time I ran one with a new x-cut chain in some pine, it was all I could do to not hit the ground, couldn't tell it was even cutting if not paying close attention.
