    craftsman e150 vcm only light when charger is plugged in

    I bought a used Craftsman E150 that vcm wouldn't wake up. I installed updated VCM and still cant get it to wake up. I found blown fuse in contactor and replaced, now it will light up if charger is connected but then times out and goes blank. Any ideas?
