I'm a machinist and any job shop should be able to install a decompression valve for you. They will need the valve at the time of drilling and tapping so they'll know how deep to tap the threads.

Yeah I've seen that, but I'm in my mid-60s and about half his size. Something that really helps me though is doing dumbbell rows with the same movement as pulling the starter cord. But I'm going to do that compression release mod that someone here told me about.

I have a 562 XP and it kind of worries me to hear stories like this. I haven't had mine apart yet even to change a plug so I'm wondering does that have the plastic intake manifold ? You say that it runs hot so if it has the plastic intake maybe it could be slightly warped from the Heat causing...
