I'm a machinist and any job shop should be able to install a decompression valve for you. They will need the valve at the time of drilling and tapping so they'll know how deep to tap the threads.

Yeah I've seen that, but I'm in my mid-60s and about half his size. Something that really helps me though is doing dumbbell rows with the same movement as pulling the starter cord. But I'm going to do that compression release mod that someone here told me about.
