Morning guys. Boiling again….only 40 gallons to get through today. I’ll probably draw off and clean up this afternoon. See what happens in the next couple of weeks. May or may not do another batch.

Morning everyone. Warmer temps here this week…not complaining. More rain tomorrow, 70’s next week. Hoping to get the pup out after some birds again soon….

I have about ten more gallons to go. With this weeks weather climbing into the sixties I may only boil one more time. Hoping for one or two more good runs.

Rolling along this morning. Have around 60 gallons to get through. Shouldn’t be too bad…

Flowing real good here too. Most of what’s in my buckets was frozen this morning so I decided to wait until tomorrow for the first boil. I may bring everything in to thaw later if I need to.

Evening men. Dinner at a local winery later followed by who knows what… Happy Friday mfers!!

It’s hell getting old. I’m shooting peptides in my elbows to try get them healed up after waiting it out the last 8-10 months. Only been a couple days but they already feel better.

Evening. Got my pans scrubbed tonight. Pretty much ready to boil. I’ll probably wait till the weekend, we have around 50 gallons of sap right now. Friday and Saturday are looking like good run days.the ol firebox could use a coat of paint….
