According to the IPL the part number you are looking for is PS10188 for both saws. The picture only shows a short length of hose, so...

u can adjust the oil pump with the Stihl wrench. There is no pin to push in for maximum oil flow

Pretty sure those are rebadged Efco saws. Parts can be found. Don’t forget that eBay in Europe is another possible source.
