Forgot to mention, theres play only when the saw is hot, cant hear/feel any play on cold saw. Any ideas why this may happened?

When you had it apart, did you pull the seal and check to see if the bearing cage was intact?

Sounds like one of the clutch spings might be wore out or broke and the clutch bearing smoked.

They do need a while to break in. Mine all took 12-15 tanks and that was logging walnut with em. 572's seem to take a while to. You can...
