    "How much was a new OEM jug? " I think it was around the 100-110 mark, along with the piston and rings and pin etc. It was part of bigger order, so I can't remember what it was exactly. drf256 had posted a thread with some horrid pictures of bad meteor porting , which kinda put me off them...

    Wow that is cheaper than I thought it would be. I would also choose oem if the price wasn't so horrid on the 372. I am happy with the meteor on the 372. It kicked my 038 Mag that was mildly ported and muffler modded etc. I think all am are hit and miss between models. Blah blah blah. Now just trying to iron out the creases with this 262xp. Enjoy your weekend

    Only just seen this. No diagnosis but I am pretty sure I would have it for real. Things just need to be in the right place and tidy and clean. My wife hates me for it and she screws my loaf in with all her mess...
