Yes it does.

If it's got the Decomp, typically it has the carb with the LA & the Adjustable oiler.

I'll be honest though, the AO isn't really that big a deal.

so it has both?i know and agree its not a big deal on oiler the fixed does put out plenty.its just nice to put the brake on and stop it from pumping if ideling.if i did and it didnt id take the adjustable out of mine and seitch if so just thought id ask.
