Today's $4.24 haul...

From the top, a Mac 6" extension and 7/16" combo wrench.

Craftsman end wrench, 2 sockets, a reducer, and 3" extension.

Blackhawk wrench, 2 ratcheting Gearwrenches and a Williams Superwrench.

Not bad for less than $0.39 each.

I sent Crescent a message on how bad that wrench was, I wasn't the only one that was complaining. Curious to see what the E-mail me back. I told em that needed to be taken off the market, it is totally useless.

Do let us know if they reply I too hate sh itty tools
They probably will, I imagine they will try a rectify it somehow. most big companies do. Can't believe they put their name on that POS. I wasn't the only one giving it a bad rap. It really does need to be taken of the market.

Bought my last crescent tool, The sorry suckers put up two decent reviews I gave them on two other tools but didn't put up the negative one on the POS wrench. Their gonna let people keep buying that wortless crap till their gone. They also didn't answer my e-mail. Tells me what kind of company they are now. Never again will I buy a crescent of any kind.

I sent Crescent another E-Mail.

I see you don't respond back to e-mails. I also see you didn't put up my comment on the ratchet wrench but you did on the others I spoke favorably of. Shows me what kind of company you are now. I will never buy another product made by you. Guess that's what happens when you move everything to China, also please remove my comments on the other tools if you won't put the other one up.

Mr. Evans,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us with your dissatisfaction of our Crescent product ATR28.

I would like the opportunity to view the product for properly functioning. By copy of this email I am requesting our Customer Service to process an RMA and provide you with a prepaid freight label for you to return the tool to my attention.

The ratcheting feature with the head in the unlock mode the jaw does slightly open when repositioning the jaw but should close down and fit snug when repositioning to get another bite in tightening a nut or bolt. We do have a couple of versions of this tool and both version that I have work rather well.

We do apologize for the tool not meeting your expectation. Upon review the proper disposition will be provided. Either by replacing the tool if defective or offering another comparable priced tool that meets your satisfaction.

We appreciate your using our brands of tools and if can be of additional assistance please do not hesitate to advise us.
