Sheared the pin on this one.

I really want to get this customer outta my life.
Please help me out OPE

I’ve got a few I’ve sheared them on. I lap the flywheel. Mark it, and install it. Never had them come loose again after doing that

I’ll see if I can pull that off.

I use valve grinding compound and work the flywheel on to the crank. Then clean very well. Mark and set it where I want. Tap it with a socket over the crank threads to set it so it won’t move as you tighten it up.
It should be no problem for you.
