I may be getting an ms241 and curious if my K095 bars will fit? I know they fit other small stihls like my 025. It would be nice if it would fit. Thanks.

No they will not fit. You need a 3005.

025 takes the same bar as a 241 though. Hmm

I guess with enough work it may, but drive links will probably end up being off.

Going from memory, a k095 mount is not a perfect fit but it is workable. Depends on the bar manufacturer too as there are slight variations in them, but I have ran a k095 bar on a 241 and it worked fine. I wanted to try regular 3/8 chain on it just for chits and grins. Actually didn't do too bad but I'd imagine the saw wouldn't be happy that way for long.

The bar I have is a Woodland Pro and it will swap between my 550xp and 025, oil holes line up on both.....cant remember for sure but seems like it has two sets of oiler holes to line up with the husky and the stihl. I need to check when I get home.

You can make it work but I advise you just get the correct mount Stihl bar. I regret carving up the ko95 bars I've done when I just 'needed' a bar. You have to elongate the slot about half an inch & grind out the chain tensioner to match. Bars are cheap, half chopped up mish-mash bars are frustrating. I would search some of our sponsers, you'd be surprised how cheap a half decent bar is.
Edit: sorry, that above advise is converting a 3005 mount to ko95.

For a work saw check out the Oregon versa cuts they are super light and affordable, my dealer sells them for $35.00, alluminum core with steel rails.

It'll work, but you got to do some grinding and drilling

First one is Larch. Second one is spanish chestnut I think. Bar is roughly like a 17" bar. Something like 70-71 links of NK 325 when I got done butchering it.
