Coil died, wore through wire or bad plug?

I was having the same problem with mine! Wondering why it would flood on the second pull every time. Pulled the plug out and no spark! Huh could be why it was flooding.

What kind of an ohms reading are you getting from the coil to the end of the plug wire? The ohm reading should be 1.5 to 12 ohms. If it's over that it's probably a bad coil. I've run into this before.

55" elm trunk from a few years ago, 36" bar had to cut from both sides, I'd already sliced off 4 rounds, buy the time I took a pic. Lotta firewood in that tree!

Cut up a maple that was bigger that same year.
