I'm looking to get some of my left over walnut milled so it can be sold and was wondering what would be a good price per bf. Im.taking the logs there and will help unload and stack if I can. I know a guy that will do it for .30/bf?

A friend did my walnut and charges per hour, but I didn't ask what that rate was. He didn't want anything from me so I ended up getting him a case of good brew. Hopefully someone will be along to answer your question better than I did.

I'm paying.25/bft. That's a band mill and it's 2.9 miles away so I'm not *b-wordin'. In the seventies we were getting .10/bft. That was a four head block,20' carriage,60" blade Frick #1 mill. Dad got some big stuff in. We earned that ten cents.
