    Finished this up a couple weeks ago. I was at Wounded Warrior with the owner so he just paid parts and cost on new bar and chain.

    Next step is to fix them uneven crankcase halfs, but first I gotta make a jig so it can be done in a mill.
    Since I don't trust the quality Husky did/does on a 550 case, I also gotta make one axel who goes through the old bearings so we mill with the bearings in mind.

    So I sent these pictures and some info to Husqvarna rep and they're actually going to cover it. I ordered parts last week and I was gonna put this all back together today but got derailed on some other projects.

    Ummmm......obviously the saw had an air leak. I think the operator actually did the right thing by not running it anymore and causing more damage.

    I think it’s pretty neat that it keeps track that stuff. Do Stihl saws do the same?
