What sealer you use putting it back together? The ones I had off I had to grind on them a little for them to sit flat again. I see you did some grinding in there also.

Motoseal. Only 1 side was loose but I backed one screw out at a time and put a little loctite on the others.

So fix it, those are easy to fix, just go through the fuel system like any other saw and it will run just fine.

Your right. Lol. I've knocked a dent in it since Monday. I wish all I did was 2 cycle. I also have 15+ mowers also and it's just me. I'm not complaining though I could be caught up.

The Stihl shop I worked for also was a Toro and Snapper dealer, so we had mowers on top of all the hand held.

Stihl 039 got a new piston, bearings, seals, brake handle, just waiting for a muffler to get here. Was filthy when I got it and come up ok with good clean.

Yes Sir, just pulled it down and gave everything a bath in the parts washer.

Need to get a few pieces ordered then it can start going back together.

Don't have a picture but I picked up an original owner jonsered 630 super! Very nice shape and cheap! " Oiler not working" well I cleaned out all the old saw dust packed around the exit hole and ran 2 takes through her and well oils just fine
