What sealer you use putting it back together? The ones I had off I had to grind on them a little for them to sit flat again. I see you did some grinding in there also.
Motoseal. Only 1 side was loose but I backed one screw out at a time and put a little loctite on the others.

I should know better when this ONE GUY I work with asked if I could get his McCullough running  View attachment 75617
And I could almost bet that I dumped outthe original gas

So fix it, those are easy to fix, just go through the fuel system like any other saw and it will run just fine.

Oh come on man, that's a light days work. ;)

When I worked for the Stihl dealership it was nothing for there to be 300 - 350 pieces of hand held in for repair at any given point in time, but we had four techs on staff.

Your right. Lol. I've knocked a dent in it since Monday. I wish all I did was 2 cycle. I also have 15+ mowers also and it's just me. I'm not complaining though I could be caught up.

TROOF!

The Stihl shop I worked for also was a Toro and Snapper dealer, so we had mowers on top of all the hand held.
