I grabbed one of the projects I bought over the last few years for the bench. Look like some ole mix had been run over the years.
Wonder how long before the vp-racing 40:1 e-free 90 starts cleaning it up some.

I was told this one was a runner when I bought it PHO. Dang it was, after a quick check over . Took alot of air and brushing to get some of the jammed packed chips everywhere. One of those saws that must have never been cleaned. I even left the old fuel line and impulse line as they looked ok to test with. 1999 Poulan 3450 54cc

I even dug through my parts and found 1 3750 380 60cc OEM used piston and cylinder kit.

IMO I wouldnt change it from the 54cc being it cut so dang good just now in some dry ash with 16" 3/8 buried. With that big dawg maybe 14" cutting.

Some wrong fasteners but I dont give a rip about such things myself.

.050 piston in a.020 cylinder. Be good and tight.
Good eye.

They are .50 millimeter larger which is around .020 inch. I was ascared at first as well. They fit just fine.

I got by with a lotta help from my friends on this one. Assembly starts tonight.

I've wanted a 339XP for years Johnny, my MS 201 mtronic may get a short life at my house :D
We need a video of the 339xp in action @Tor R. I dont know if there is any footage out there. The 339xp is like Sasquatch it seems like. Nobody has ever seen one, just heard about them:D

Saw related as this carbon fiber is for my hotsaw build. Courier just delivered it and my first time handling CF.
This stuff is tough! Rings like a bell with a dinner fork and I can't remember handling metal in this gauge as stiff as this stuff.
The 1/16" piece is super stiff and light, the thicker 1/8" is over kill,...Lol.
Sure glad I didn't order the 3/16".
$110 CDN for these two 12"×8" plates.
