I was running crappy and no carb adjustment made any difference. Put.kit in and seemed good for the 30 seconds i had it.running. gotta wait for momma bear to wake up so i can tune and test or.maybe throw in the garbage. Who knows lol.
My BIL baught it as non runner for 20 bucks. Only ran couple times. Sat on shelf and wont run. Tipicle home owner saw lol.

Big Thank you goes out to Scott Kunz aka @tree monkey

His video helped me trouble shoot and rebuild this 199 right for a 2159 non runner that came in. Drilled the hole and tan check valve side.
Came in with blue and gaskets out of order on other side.

Not a bad 35 saw low hr saw. He has little more then that in it now.

I think he is going to flip it later on. He runs a 260 441. Want me to ask what he will want for it?

After I read that one guy got that chain deal and it started sharpening wrong side wrong way.

Reading this is alittle scary.

Somebody on AS said = (I bought one of these and received it last week. It works well except when it ground the wrong way on a tooth for no apparent reason and ruined the tooth. Good thing I was standing there and could stop it from continuing. Hopefully this was a fluke and doesn't happen again. Now I need to get out and dull a couple chains and try it again.)

He's a good customer. So I do it for him. Not the best way to make a dollar, but for him I don't mind. Boy, by the time I was done with 12 chains. (half of them were 36 and 41 full comp) I was definitely ready to work on a couple of saws. That Silvey 510 in the pic has been a work horse. Bought it on ebay about 10-15 years ago. I'm almost ashamed to admit what I paid for it. They hadn't got so collectible yet.......$250 including shipping. It's nice Madsens still has a few replacement parts for it. Bought a handful of parts for it last year. Should be good to go for a while.

Why I got a USG for doing other folks chains. I hate when the one guy drops off the 44"to 60" chains. I just want to :(. I hate doing chains as it is just repetition.

Sold my early silvey swing arm square grinder with stand last year for 550 when I listed it on chainsaw repair. Didnt last 5mins.

I had a Poulan with the same muffler and popped out them inserts for the screw and drilled some holes in them.

I should also add the first one I did was enlarge the current opening and it made it to louder than need be.
