It is just a 1# bag that I put my meat in. ( or a large smoked sausage ) In my case it was a 1.5# bag of venison, that can be cooked any way you want. ( faster on the grill or smoker )
So it's a 1lb log of ground Venison, kinda like a meatloaf?
Is it seasoned at all, other than the BBQ sauce.
It looks pretty tasty.

Yes that is the problem, No season until it is put in the smoker, hence the long story. Then it is seasoned. ( with smoker at 325 with chips )

Smoked a family pack of wings yesterday on the Traeger for a few hours, then finished them off in the deep fryer...made hot wings out of ‘em! Here’s a shot of the last batch...

Nine slabs of Baby back ribs that went on the smoker a bit ago.
Six with a sweet but spicy rub and three with a Carolina rub.
We're having some folks over today. Most will eat the spicy but there are a few who won't touch anything hot.
I can hardly wait for one of them to bite into my BIL's ghost pepper deviled eggs.

Ribs Look delicious! And i love deviled eggs but with ghost peppers thats scary... how many people ate um?

I'm not sure. He brought a couple dozen. We had about a dozen left. My wife made about 30 regular ones. Hers all got eaten.
I preferred my BIL's. I didn't think they were that hot but then again, I consider Napalm a condiment.
