Big green egg, large, @18lbs pork butt with a dry rub I am developing. Before pictures only, I got too busy and did not take pics when they came off the egg.

There were a few left over in the fridge today. They're just as good cold.
Grilled up some venison burgers this evening on the little Weber this evening for supper. Threw in a few apple pellets for a little extra smoke. ( delicious! )
