Big green egg, large, @18lbs pork butt with a dry rub I am developing. Before pictures only, I got too busy and did not take pics when they came off the egg.

I kept looking around never did see the "egg"

Boneless rib seems like an oxymoron but they look pretty good.

No. The marinade imparted plenty of flavor.
My wife wants to have them again with drawn garlic butter for dipping.
There were a few left over in the fridge today. They're just as good cold.

Love me some skrimps. But I like mine hot. I love them deep fried too. All good!

Grilled up some venison burgers this evening on the little Weber this evening for supper. Threw in a few apple pellets for a little extra smoke. ( delicious! ) :p
