Did some marinated pork tenderloin with a little shake/rub on it for the grill with purple hull peas, frozen corn and half a tater!


My fourth of July fare was not traditional (hot dogs and hamburgers) but it sure was good.
Was looking for some new ideas -- didn't have much time to improvise wildly.

Steak Fajitas with Guac, Sriracha and sour cream. Red, green and yellow bell peppers and onions done on the grill and grilled Portobello mushrooms. The Fajitas were excellent, the mushrooms...........not so much. My wife marinaded the mushrooms in a mixture of Balsamic vinegar, ginger, garlic and Lea & Perrins. I hate Worcestershire sauce!!!

On the baby Weber tonight is, Kielbasa, new potatoes, fresh yellow and green peppers and onions. With a big home made squash casserole dish from the garden. ( plus 4 tomato slices) Forgot mater pics. Damn it good!!

Wow, not sure who likes it more, me or mama, as we both drink it straight out of the bottle. I take a dose every morning before I have my cup of beef bouillon.

Wow, not sure who likes it more, me or mama, as we both drink it straight out of the bottle. I take a dose every morning before I have my cup of beef bouillon.
I used to like Worcestershire sauce but my wife used so much of the stuff in things she cooked, that I can't stand it now.
