Got my work cut out for me tomorrow. 4 pork rib racks going to be grilled might smoke a couple racks for a couple hours before they hit the grill but mainly grilling. Bringing a rack or 2 to work for lunch with the crew and the rest for the household

My wife marinated some wings overnight in Zesty Italian dressing and Franks hot sauce, then tossed them in poultry rub.
I grilled them a bit ago.
They ain't bad.
