Glad its not here. It would be trouble indeed. Most of the time the neighbors come out to see whats on the cooker -- they get a sample (all is good)Crazy chit ain't it?...many places across the US have adopted the same horsechit and likewise bans.
Didn’t give sides two thoughts tonight fellas other than about a gallon of milk to wash it down with...a whole country-style cut up yardbird soaked in a little buttermilk for a bit, then knocked down with a shot of Adobo Seasoning, sweet Hungarian paprika, salt and pepper prior to hitting the flour and the big kitchen deep fryer. It all turned into a pile of gnawed bones...

I do all mine outside too,i dont know but my nanna used to pan fry the best chicken in a cast iron skillet on the stove. That chicken reminds me of the looks of the yard bird at one of my favorite places to eat.
What's the deep fryer look like? My large deep fryer is a outside fish fryer -- but I love fried chicken.
We usually do wings (and fish) in the outside fryer.
My youngest turned 11 today. His dinner request, Tri Tip, grilled asparagus, green beans, and dutch oven baby potatoes.

I would guess a 12" cast iron skillet on a old Home Comfort wood cook stove. Hard to beat that.
