Crazy chit ain't it?...many places across the US have adopted the same horsechit and likewise bans.
Glad its not here. It would be trouble indeed. Most of the time the neighbors come out to see whats on the cooker -- they get a sample (all is good) :D
New neighbors moved in a few weeks ago. I already asked them if they like BBQ and if so -- what they like. Gonna hook them up when it comes Thanksgiving. :abrazo:

Didn’t give sides two thoughts tonight fellas other than about a gallon of milk to wash it down with...a whole country-style cut up yardbird soaked in a little buttermilk for a bit, then knocked down with a shot of Adobo Seasoning, sweet Hungarian paprika, salt and pepper prior to hitting the flour and the big kitchen deep fryer. It all turned into a pile of gnawed bones...

That chicken reminds me of the looks of the yard bird at one of my favorite places to eat.
What's the deep fryer look like? My large deep fryer is a outside fish fryer -- but I love fried chicken.
We usually do wings (and fish) in the outside fryer.

We did grilled cheese and tomato soup with the friends we normally do dinner with on Friday nights. Our schedules haven’t worked out for us to do dinner the last couple weeks and it will be a couple more before we get back to our Friday night dinners.

Spaghetti with Alfredo sauce with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on, and a couple sweet Italian links on the side, with a slice of homemade bread and butter.

I would guess a 12" cast iron skillet on a old Home Comfort wood cook stove. Hard to beat that.

Many a chicken part and crappie has been cooked in this old skillet, Last time it was used was back in the 80's on the old H. C. wood stove which is not here anymore.
