my nearly edc for the last year has been a S&W Shield in a IWB holster from Tulster (kydex) excellent holster !
the Shield has Talon grips which I was apprehensive about how they'd hold up, but I am a believer in them after a year of range trips and 99% of the time riding concealed at 5 O'clock - they have held up perfectly, no peeling up on edges etc.
Nice set up, slim, light, easy on easy off, conceals well......my Monday through Friday go to work rig.

Springfield XD Subcompact. Fits my hand well and has no external safety (lever type). I use a Crossbreed IWB paddle style holster and it’s truly concealed which is very important to me.

Deep conceal its my LCP. Normal carry its my Glock 22. Lots of rounds and very manageable. At 6'2" and never called slim moat never even see the G22 in a paddle holster.

Most days it is my Kimber Micro stainless .380 or S&W 637 in the pocket or my Glock 42 IWB or on the ankle. When I'm bundled up, the Glock 26 in a paddle holster gets the nod. When I'm out in the woods I open carry an S&W 10-5 or Glock 22. My guns eat nothing but reloads.

I tried the 43 awhile back and it was nice, but the Walther I shot, which was the same size, had a bit softer recoil (not bad either way) and I shot it much better. I still may the 43 but the Walther is intriguing me. I don't remember if it was the PPS or CCP, but I'm pretty sure it was the PPS. The CCP also interests me. a good 9mm is all that I'm really missing right now, though I do dote on calibers that begin in .4...

How well do you like that Red Hawk Randy? I saw an article on it awhile back and love my 8 shot Taurus model 605, but w/a 6" barrel it would take a clown costume to conceal it...

I got it today, no chance to fire it yet.
It fits my hands well, fit and finish is very nice, better than the 627 snubby in the same display case.
I have owned a Redhawk before, 5.5'' .44 mag, did the 'V' notch/gold bead sights, it shot very well.
