I just got a bunch of NOS Homelite, McCulloch, and Husqvarna parts last weekend. I have a loose piston in there that I have no idea what it is for. I have attached a few pictures. Any ideas?rps20161201_165733_624.jpg rps20161201_165656_419.jpg rps20161201_165538_692.jpg rps20161201_165445_679.jpg

Possibility. The guy worked on small engines too. There were Clinton and B&S parts too. I didn't buy them though...

It's possible that it's for a pm (power machinery) models ranging from the 270 to the 371.

It's an old one alright .Looks like it might be cast iron and very thick rings .Perhaps an older low speed engine.

There were a lot of Clinton parts as well.
all the power products, lausen, clinton are/where predecessors to the tecumseh engine lines.
there was a lot of similarity of the product lines.
