So, they were using metal chain brake handles on the "2" series before the 300th anniversary 61 was released?

I have a 298xp with a metal brake flag.
I believe all 298s predate the anniversary.

It should have the model number label on it somewhere, left front on my Huskys..

It appears to be missing the nameplate below the oil fill cap.

300th anny was 1989 i think, lots of 2series saws before that.
