That is a goofy size. I've never seen a .063 .325 bar on anything but a stihl. I know 67 and 68 are common lengths for Stihl saws, and 66 is common on Huskies, but that wouldn't be .063.

16" Echo IF you can find .063. Maybe use it on a saw with a big sprocket? Sometimes you can cram 1dl shorter than normal onto a saw.

Maybe it's for a really clapped out .058 bar?
