what are my options

I've got a new to me stihl 023 . nice little clean saw . I can't leave well enough alone so... What can be done to this saw?

Does it have an adjustable carb? I’m thinking it already has the 215 but if not you’ll definitely need one. That and a muffler mod really wake these saws up

Exactly what they say with the 215 and muffler mod. Makes them run way stronger. Stock they run like a 35-40cc saw. After they run how a 45-50cc farm/ranch saw shoukd run like. I have one here that i run on occasion they feel pretty heavy to me compared to a husky 350.

I don't like them for work. Poor AV imo. Do the same thing to an 018. Runs smooth.
