I just bought a new ultrasonic cleaner......but rather than pitch this old one in the trash, I was wondering if anyone wants to fix it.

Something in one of the circuit boards.

I can swap the plugs around, and make all the dohickies run....and the heater works.

I have a Kendal that looks similar to the one pictured and so I am interested in what shakes out as far as information on repairing them. I will be watching and learning.

I believe the board may be repairable (?). Years ago there was a place that you could send it out to -- they would repair anything wrong for a flat fee and send it back. My brain is old --so I can't remember the source. :(

I have the same one.... Mine only lasted a week before the heater quit working. Replaced the single 240w heater with 3 110w heater elements

My hf cleaner went belly up recently, I found that there was a fuse that was blown on the board so I replaced it and when I plugged it all back in, smoke, smoke everywhere. I unplugged that thing faster that you could say spit. Before I couldn't visably see anything wrong. Mine died because the design is horrible and the board is on the very bottom and the case filled with water, and you know where this is going. so I have a el cheapo 2.7 l coming from the bay. I don't think that mine was worth trying to get someone to fix it. I however would be interested if someone could make it work without having to use the board. Stuff is too complicated nowadays.
