Anyone else have issues with Tsumara bars need one less DL then they claim?

Local tree service was looking for a new 32"/105DL bar for a kit 066 I built them. I suggested a Tsumara and ordered one. Immediately noticing that the chains are one DL too long OR they will never be able to run their chains to fully consumed. Some current chains will not tighten already.

Today I took a brand new 105DL Stihl chain and mounted it all up. Minimal adjuster left. I tried it on his MS440 too...exactly the same which tells me its the bar. Do I need to buy a bunch of presets and start spinning a bunch of 104 dl chains? Anyone have the preset and tie strap part number for Stihl 3/8 .050?

I have never heard of that. I only have one Tsumura on a Dolmar 6100. It's 20" 72 dl. The chain fits fine. The problem I had was not oiling. Most of the oil would run out the clutch cover. I opened the oil hole way bigger and it does better.
I noticed on your chain box it said to use 13/64 files. I have always used 7/32 files on 3/8 chain. Have I been using the wrong file?

I know Stihl tends to have less adjustability compared to others. I used a 661 with 28" Sugi, and a new chain started at over half way on the tensioner. You could fully stretch a chain before using up the teeth. I put an 8t on it.

Files have nothing to do with the fitment or oiling.

Stihl recommends 13/64. Oregon recommends 7/32.

I run a 32 Sugi. Dual mount....zero issues 6 or 7 105dl. No other 32" bars :-(

You count the drivers?

Where is the missing metal?

Compare it to something.

Send me that oil pump and parts you hoeder.

Edit: that should read 7 or 8 pin.
